Dr. Yele Aluko is the EY Americas Chief Medical Officer in the Business Consulting Health sector. He is a proven physician executive and leader, with 25 years of clinical and administrative health system experience prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP in 2016.
He is a former structural heart cardiologist and senior vice president of heart and vascular services at a 15-hospital integrated regional health care system in the southeast USA. His responsibilities included governance of an enterprise-wide clinical strategy overseeing cardiovascular service line vision, growth, clinical integration, physician alignment and standardization of clinical, operational and business processes.

His work focuses on, helping business leaders, health executives and other relevant ecosystem stakeholders across the working world gain deeper insights, beyond the moral imperative, into the business case supporting health disparity elimination. As such, he helps CEOs and other C-suite leaders rethink long-term value, through the lens of health outcomes optimization.
Yele is also the founder and leader of the EY Center for Health Outcomes Optimization. His upstream focus on the political and social determinants of health drives the Center’s differentiated approach to designing downstream and collaborative health outcomes strategies for employers, governments, payers, providers, life sciences and community-based organizations, and others.
